vellum or lace ?

i haven't used either, but have the challenge to use lace on a Layout & scared stiff as # 1 : i don't kno how to sew, # 2 : i don't own any lace & # 3
i don't wana but its for a prize LOL any tips ?

but anyone printed on vellum or use it on lo's ? i have tried to print on it, but it seems so light :( even using bold doesn't help

I have never printed in velum but printed on paper almost the same colour as the velum and then put it underneath it.. so u can see through....

Never used lace.. but I think lace ribbon would be the easyest thing to use!

I used lace/ribbon before but just stuck it down I didn't sew it.

Maybe u need to use a different setting on the printer.

I've used lace and ribbon and just stuck it down wit hglue as well.

As for Vellum, you can get heaps of colours and if you want to print on it make sure you change the properties on your printer, otherwise it tends to smudge, just let it sit for 10 minutes before you touch it. Then Stick it either on a piece of cardstock or straight on the page, you can use vellum tape of just use a couple of eylets to keep it in it's place.
