hi girls
i would love to start a scrapbook for the kids but have no idea how to start! i live in a small town and have never seen any scrapbooking stuff!! is there a website where i can get sum from?? what do i need to get to start a book?? any help would be great thanks!!!

I have found ebay good for getting bits and peices however you do need to look around cause some people mark their papers and things up a fair bit so be careful.

To get started you should decide what size album you would like. You can do 6x6 (small), 8x8 (medium) A4 or 12x12 (large).

I am working on a 12x12 album for Nick and an 8x8 album for my mum.

You can buy scrapbooking 'packs' which have between 2 and 6 sheets of paper, sometimes some stickers or other embelishments all included. These are a great way to get started as you have everything you need to make 2-6 pages all at once (you can get these on ebay!)

does anyone kno where i can get 2 cheap 8x8 albums ? or if someone could get them for me & i would pay into your account for postage & price of the albums to be sent to me in NZ ? every price i have looked at is over my limit....plus anyone willing to swap brads that they dont use ? i want as many different shapes & styles as possible as my ideas are constantly flowing using these???thanks kerri :)
