Come in here to give and/or get tips and ideas when you have scrappers block.

ok, heres my latest scrappers block problem, i have one pic of the 1st house my mum bought & i was thinking of journalling ideas about memories ive got of the house, or some sort of title or quote. so far ive got home sweet home, home is where the chocolate/ heart is for a possible title, but in keeping it like a needle point type font that i've got already but other then that im not sure about embellies or anything else to add to it

yer i kno, just when i thought i chose a ideal layout to start on & im still searching the net 9lol something will come up, if not theres plenty of other layouts screaming for me to start 9lol

ok, ive got another block that might be easier to help. ive got 2 pix of a doberman my parents & i used to have bak in the US, now ive got the title, the papers, but just what sorts of journalling should i use ? ive thought of many options but nothing grabs me, help me plse someone
what about journaling on some tags that look kinda like ones that would go on a dog but made from paper and sticking them in a cut out of a doggie bag or something.. with all the info in there....

maybe u could journal your best memmories of the dogs or why they were so special to u, or whar u remember the most about them.

such good thinking, now that the scrappers block is open to more suggestions hehehe.....scan away jen sounds like a great plan of attack:)sounds good as well kay. i think all this ideas are going straight into my bursting at the seams 5 file ring binder hehehe,thanks again girls xoxoxo"yay"

I Need help..
I want to do a layout of elijah in his fire mans hat.. but I cant think of colours etc other then RED RED RED, and nothing really to put with it..
Im thinking it might be just a lost Idea

maybe search the net for fire engines,for a few pics to add to it, i thought of the title wheres the fire ? but i found some things for ya kay, never give up a lost idea cos im sure many of us can help ya ****HUGS**** what colour is his fireman hat ? as ive found a pg for printouts with this 1st one listed, u dont have to make the hat, just use the fire man on the top bit of the pg...

plus i thought this colouring pg would be good for u to cut out & have elijah colour it & then place it some where on your pg....just resize it so its not so massive

I think yellow would be a good colour to use with the red & yellow & orange could represent fire :) maybe even draw/colour some flames or even use celephane ???

atm Im working on a great layout.. trying all new things so cant wait to see if it works out
the sewing was a bit icky cause I didnt do it straight, it was wiggily...
since I am doing a toddler layout I cut the retangle to follow the wiggle so it loooks alot better now.. Im almost finished

ive got another scrap drama, lol. this time its pix of my stepdad's family & no clue what theme to go with, as its not all his brothers in the pix, but his mum in the middle im title less :( plenty of journalling no probs, quotes got like 5 to chose from ...but paper plenty.....no embellies yet decided, but looks like its gona be a interesting idea at this stagedog5
do u need to have a theme at all? could u just journal it all the the date as the headding..kinda in big letters.... prob use chipboard letters for the year or something

Im soo raving to get going but still on major block with the fire man pics

with my recent pics of cameron in the ages & stages im having a colour drama, ive got most of the gear sorted but hoping to put together a pg similiar to paris's one, with the envelope but total different colour scheme.....ive been so snappy happy in the past 3 days, kids just see the camera & kno they have to pose for me hehehe
If you have most of the gear ready then maybe you could pick a colour that will go with the gear.

yer sounds like a idea, its just im wanting to try some of my patterned papers but common colours is the green of the grass 9lol think i will venture out of the kids pics for a while & focus on my stepdad's family pix or ones of my child hood pix that mum gave me. i was 6 1/2 yrs in the photos & paris tells me that she now wants 'tall ' hair like mummie had hehehe

THANKS2 ok, in need of scrappers advice & tips....ive got a pic of me & paris when she was 21mths taken on a swing, now ive previously done this layout & wanting to improve it, but since its only one photo, what can bring it out more except for journalling & embellies. i think any type of one photo sketches would be very helpful please helpppppTHANKS2

can anyone find a sketch or 2 , for little me for a layout with 3 photos, ive got major block working on more cameron pgs & since ive got so many girlie pgs i think i need to get more boy scrap related things, time for shopping come pay day hehehe
these sketch things confuse me lol
